Terms of Service

1. Who can use VYBE

You must be at least 13 years old, give accurate sign-up information, and keep your password secure. One person, one personal account. You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. Your content

You own what you post. You give VYBE permission to store, display and share it with the audience you choose, only to run the service. You can delete your content at any time. Only post content you have the right to share.

3. Community guidelines

VYBE is for finding your people. Do not:

• Harass, bully, threaten or intimidate anyone.
• Post hate speech or attack people for their race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation or other protected traits.
• Share sexual content, nudity, or any content that sexualises minors — this is reported to the authorities.
• Post graphic violence, promote self-harm, terrorism or dangerous activities.
• Spam, scam, phish, or sell illegal or regulated goods.
• Impersonate others or create misleading accounts.
• Share someone's private information without permission.
• Break the law, infringe copyright, or try to hack, scrape or disrupt VYBE.

4. Reporting, blocking and moderation

You can report users, posts, comments, groups and messages, and block anyone from Settings or their profile. Our moderators review reports and may remove content, suspend or ban accounts that break these terms. If you think we made a mistake, contact lewis.perkins72@gmail.com.

5. Messaging

Messages are private between the people in a conversation, but reported messages may be reviewed to keep people safe. Respect others' privacy settings about who can message them.

6. XP, VYBE+ and the Store

XP, levels and achievements have no cash value and cannot be traded. VYBE+ and Store purchases are not available yet; if they launch, prices and terms will be shown before you pay.

7. Deleting your account

You can delete your account any time in Settings → Account → Delete my account, or see how to request deletion. Deletion removes your profile and content permanently.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep VYBE running but provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for content posted by other users. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and tell you in the app about significant changes. Continuing to use VYBE means you accept the updated terms.
